Patrick M. Lencioni wrote a book called "3 Signs of a Miserable Job". From the title it seems that this book is for employees to detect indications of their career misery so that they can quit the job early and save time. However, it's not. It's a book for managers, which is intended to remind them not to signal these unfriendly signs to their employees either on purpose or by accident. From this perspective, Lencioni really values the importance of employees and shows his respect as a manager.
